By filing of one trademark application it is possible to obtain a trademark registration valid in all 27 European Community countries (Community Trade Mark). E-filing is very swift and may be achieved within five day from receipt of order, normally within 1-2 working days. From 1 May 2009, registration of a CTM has become even more cost efficient as from that date OHIM nullified the registration fee, and OHIM is nowadays only demanding official filing fee, normally amounting to a filing cost of about 1500- 2000 EUR in three classes.
